Mention one missing feature which would take lichess to the top

Yeah but that's not going to happen... I seem to remember that Clarkey is kind of old and hates social media. I could be wrong, but that's in the back of my mind...
Haha, no, I don't think that's quite it. The refusal is to embed facebook/twitter/other social media widgets on lichess so as to prevent tracking, but that pasting and directly linking to games played here was actually encouraged. There's already the ability to embed Lichess TV on one's website here: http://en.lichess.org/developers

So I don't imagine that it'd actually be too far off to be able to embed specific games with navigation controls to play through it, though I don't imagine that such would hold very high priority on the to-do list.
but this can be implimented on the forums without any tracking problems. like if we have to discuss a game we need not to post a link to the game but can actually embed it in the forum post here with basic editor like bold, italic, underline etc. forums are too plain for discussions and we can atleast have embed game option so that we need not to switch between browser tabs to discuss the game while in forums.
That's...actually a legitimately good idea, tusk. Inline embedding for games on the forums would be much appreciated.
Lol, I'm 20. I left High school 2 years ago. I'm absolutely crippling with age and conservatism here.
Basic editor for forums + embed games from lichess and other sources. It can help with discussions a lot on this forum. especially where people analyze games and comment and discuss about it.
I wonder if changing the forum to function almost exactly the same as the Q&A is a good idea. Q&A has editing options, you can reply to specific comments, and you can upvote/downvote responses.
Q&A doesn't have editing options i think, like bold, italic, underline etc, and most of all embed game feature is very important as it may help us a lot commenting and analyzing games.
What I mean by 'editing' is the ability to change what you had previously written. As for text formatting, I'm less hopeful.
