(Feature Request) View entire message in the chat

In the chat window, we can only see around 30 characters at a given time.

I think users would benefit from being able to view everything they write at one glance before sending their message. It would reduce typos and things of the like. (I know most people don't care, but I do !)

I agree. Also be cool if the character limit was raised. It's hard to have much of a theoretical discussion in Twitter-length chunks.
