Can I use engine vs cheater

I play now vs an engine user who is over 2300 at corr now. Zero lost games since october. While he have just 3 live games where he completely sucks. He barely won vs 1420 with 60 CP loss per move vs that low ranked player. In other game with long time control he had 78CP loss in simul.
While in most of his corr games he has like 13 average CP loss.

As for now I didnt cheat a single game at lichess. I reported him with links to his engine games. No result.

I offered him 5 min game if he is such a termimator. He ignored it.

Don't cheat, or you might end up with a fancy cheater badge as well.

Why waste your time, when instead, you could be playing real chess with a real chess player. :-)

Well, if he agrees and the game is casual... in other cases - no.
