The evaluation in this R+P vs. R endgame looks way off

Stockfish's giving these engame moves +5 where, in fact, it's completely winning. It's definitely not using tablebase.
Very strang, imho.

In the server analysis depth or time is limited for obvious reasons. You can enable local analysis, wait, and it will eventually announce mate in 36 or something.

So how is +5 not "completely winning"?
