Stop playing rapid, then get one of your other timecontrols to 2000 (for example bullet) when you reach 2000 with bullet start playing rapid again, at some point (either in rapid or bullet) you will go below 2000 for sure, but one of them will stay over 2000.
A simpler way is to just accept that as you go your rating will go up and down but increase on the long run as you can see here lichess.org/@/ilariON579/perf/rapid
