Common mistakes from my last games

Hi lichess community! As a total beginner I would ask you if you can review my last games and tell me where I need to improve! For example solve that types of puzzles or study an opening etc… I solve every day as many puzzles I can. Thanks
Looking at your most recent loss, I think you mostly need to work on checking if a square is defended or not before moving your piece there. You seem to place pieces right in the range of your opponent's piece (undefended) and you end up losing. Before you make a move, make sure they can't just win material right away.
do the checkmate patterns regularly (i think basic training ones are probably better than the puzzles coz they are mostly very natural and generic and feel less constructed than the ones from puzzles so it boils down to the basic patterns a bit better.

work through all the practise lessons (you can save bishop/knight mate for later tho when u really wanna start working on visualisation).

do mixed puzzles and endgame puzzles, then use the puzzle dashboard to redo themes that u perform worst at or just redo all the puzzles u failed at.

play slow time controls.

dont defend/retreat pieces that get attacked and can just capture the attacker unless there is a very significant downside of losing them or u can regain tempo if u retreat them instead (e.g. u can open up an important file/diagonal if the enemy captures ur moved piece, you feel like the capture just plays into his ideal development or even comes with tempo coz its attacking a major piece in return, or you dont wanna lose a bishop pair in an endgame) or if there is another siginificant upside in repositioning anyways.

regularly check your king safety. its often times less about getting mated and more about giving your enemy ways to get out of forks, skewers and discoveries. sometimes you have to prepare your attacks with a king move. less so if u go for a strong mating attack but more so if u go for a little tactic, especially if its a sacrifice as they require tempo. in a similar fashion move your king out of pins if possible, if u get overloaded u will feel stupid.

analyze every game you play. not every move, but let the computer check for mistakes at least (analysis board --> computer analysis --> learn from your mistakes). this is very important for beginners as your opponent will only punish 10-40% of your mistakes outside of playing higher rated opponents in tournaments who will teach u better. you will be astounded how many checkmates in one or two the opponent that you just "crushed" missed or the other way around.

dont bother studying openings just try to grab the center as best as possible. its okay to be reacting for the first 10 moves with black. personally i just play d4 or e4 with white and scandinavian with black. dont bother googling for openings or going through superGM games as firstly ur opponent will make a completely random move #3 and secondly the best opening systems (especially black) are the ones that adapt the best and thus require very sharp gameplay.
