Step 2 if you cant do step 1 - Google/Chrome
Step 3 - Download OBS
Step 4 - Open
Step 5 - Change output to mp4
Step 6 - Link with Twitch/Youtube
Step 7 if you cant do step 5,6 - Search on Youtube (which you should've done AEONS ago)
