Can't get out of that zone

Can you describe your thinking process?

Before I had to resign from otb chess for health reasons my last FIDE rating was 20xx and I have a c-trainer licence from the natinal german chess organisation. So if you want some personal hints send me a pm to have one or two skype sessions. I don't want any money. My interest is in sharing my knowliedge about methodology.

Anyway I recommend from my experience to get a strong trainer from time to time if you can afford it.
You play too fast. In the next 15+15 time control game you have 14 minutes left at the end. In 15+15 you should think about 30 seconds per move. You can never lose on time as you have 15 seconds increment per move. Playing too fast explains the blunders. I recommend to switch on move confirmation in your profile. You think about your move, you make it, then you check it is no blunder, then you confirm the move.

@tpr Yes, You are right but I think @jupp53 should not use move confirmation option because when he will play in any FIDE Rated Tournaments then he would not have the option to make a move and then take it back so I think he should check whether his move is right or wrong without making it on the board. It is my opinion:)
@jupp53 have you ever considered to put up a stream and talk about it all live? Could be fun and useful :)
#13 I recommend move confirmation to get used to the practice of first thinking about the move, deciding and then checking if it is no blunder. Once this practice has become second nature you can do without it, but it is a good way to eradicate blunders from your game. Think of it like learning to cycle with sidewheels or learning to swim with swimming bands.
@mrjive

No, not streaming. I plan a combination of blog and viog and chat. A 20xx is over average but nothing exceptional in the chess world. When I'm ready I will announce it here too.

Bobby Fischer was right when he said that chess is at first about good moves. Psychology is a minor part.
A lot of good advice here I would echo the following things:

1. Logical Chess is a great book (as recommended by someone else here) and will be good for you based on the kind of mistakes you are making. Not developing all your pieces, moving the same piece twice etc.

2. Take more time to think and use up all your time while playing, you are playing too fast for a fifteen minute game. Often the move to play is the third or fourth move that comes to mind, and you can't traverse so many lines if you play too fast.

3. Get a coach. There is a list here on lichess and you can contact one of them and that might be beneficial for you.

Lastly, if you wanted to play a few correspondence games with me, and analyze with me - I'd be happy to do that. Send me a challenge and we can play.
