@omertil it's pretty difficult to say whether I did or not...maybe some automated analysis of my games before and after would find this (such as using the puzzle generator Lichess uses) but I doubt it would be statistically significant either way since puzzles in games (using that tool anyway) are somewhat rare. I did see a very slight increase in rating I think, and I reached a new peak shortly after finishing the course... but I was also on an upward trend before I started the training anyway. I think general tactics training does make me feel sharper at least from my own perception - especially when I was doing lots of puzzle storm I felt I saw things more often in blitz games. Overall: inconclusive! It was a pretty fun training approach either way which is the main thing (for me).
