If your opponent accepts takebacks, it's nice of them, but you can never blame them for not doing so.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to tell between a real mouse slip and one who just realizes their mistake after making their move, so you can’t really blame them.
Ok, how do you know whether a real mouse slip or a fake?
Disable take backs and let malfunction become part of your rating. I imagine you'll win just about the same amount of games that you lose and the net effect will be 0. -> Except you won't be mad anymore which makes it a win.
