The analysis that is saved on Lichess servers seems not to go as deep as it used to. For example, after 1. e4 c5, if you analyze with 5 lines, the server offers an analysis depth of only 27. Surely it used to be a lot deeper than that.
Is there a problem with the database, or maybe Lichess changed something?
I could imagine that the old lines and evaluations from older, out of date SF releases are going to be replaced with results coming from the current SF 16 version. Some lines surely went a lot deeper than 27 or so but to get these results you of course need a lot of time and CPU power. That would be my guess. Until then we have to stick with the cloud results or let our own CPUs work a bit more.
