Is it okay to have fun with the opponent when secured the win

You're risking overlooking a draw when doing that...proceed at your own peril.

Also: why would you want to prolong your contact with such a dink? Just clobber him and move on to somebody else.

I mean, if your opponent is continuing to play while you promote all your pawns to Queens, then why not? They're obviously trying to cheese a stalemate out of you, so you might as well have some fun as well.
I don't think it's disrespectful. Your opponent can resign at any time; there is nothing that requires them to keep playing. If the position is clearly won, your opponent may be hanging around for a stalemate. For both you and your opponent, it's your game and your time to finish as you wish.

Having said that, not making moves and letting the clock run down (for either side) seems much more disrespectful.
In an OTB chess club, where folk take the game quite seriously, I agree this would be considered rude. In online chess (Blitz& Bullet) we're mostly here to have fun, so nothing wrong with having some fun, no?

As others have said above:
- the opponent can resign if he doesn't appreciate the practical humor of mass pawn promotions.
- there are risks for the player with the upper hand (stalemate), so your opponent may have the last laugh.
In online, sure, when the opponent was disrespectful first.
But I wouldnt do it OTB.
Well, online or OTB anyone can resign anytime if in absolutely lost position, so... You can stop all that "rude" behavior from your opponent by simply resigning the game, which you have lost, unless... you are hoping for something there, then taht's the price you will pay, and you are actually the one who decides if you get insulted by this way of play or not, it's always you.
It's bad but then again not resigning in a completely lost position is also quite bad so I don't what is worse.
in fast time formats by amateurs, and outside of "real" tournaments with prizes and stuff, I don't quite get why people would feel insulted if their opponent does silly stuff for having a bit of fun.

If my opponents do this - say, underpromote to knights and bishops, just because - I actually have to chuckle myself, and take on the challenge in good humour, curious to see if he can pull it of. Why should I feel insulted or disrespected by any legal move?

(I get it that it's a different thing if pros do these to each other in serious chess).
Is it okay to have fun with the opponent when secured the win.????
Well..as a chess player you should and must be sportive with an opponent. If you win that does mean that you are stronger than your opponent. So if you are making fun with an opponent, it simply means that you are not a proper player.
